How can I plan a spa day?

Thanks for all the answers but i meant at home. I do not want to hire a professional spa mostly because of price.

Spa day as in an actual place or at your house?
At an actual place you dont have to plan anything just be there!!!
If it is at your house get a bucket of water, some scrubs, lotion, nail polish, nail supplies, and a towel and what not. Be Creative and make up your own stuff!

For the perfect day spa experience comes not from planning, but from relaxing. Before you start, you should plan enough activities to do, but don't feel like you have to do all of them. Relieving the tension from the day and relaxing is the goal (not checking things off the list). If you find one activity more relaxing than the others, spend more time on it.
